mke2fs confirmation crashes test_stamp_pattern

When trying to format an entire device, mke2fs prompts for confirmation and that leads to failing the test ( tempest.scenario.test_stamp_pattern.TestStampPattern.test_stamp_pattern ) as can be seen in the paste: http://paste.openstack.org/show/598688/

This can easily be avoided by adding "-F" flag to force mke2fs carrying out the operation.

I couldn't find from the logstash log.

No, I guess its specific to Microsoft CI since we use VHD for images and we need that kind of resize.
