Bug Description

The bug only occurs when parameter enable_instance_password = False.
In mitaka release if enable_instance_password is set to False, rescue instance action is not returning a password. However, in tempest test tempest.api.compute.servers.test_server_rescue.ServerRescueTestJSON.test_rescue_unrescue_instance the password is a required field and the tempest test fails.

    Fix test test_rescue_unrescue_instance

    When in tempest enable_instance_password is set
    to False, schema validation should not expect
    adminPass in response.
