Bug Description
Ceph Rados GW is designed to support all Swift API and it works fine but can't pass Tempest tests for Swift just because we perform many extra checks in Tempest and as the result we check some features which are not declared in the API doc, so, Ceph Rados GW doesn't support it but in fact it is an issue in the compatibility between Swift API and Ceph Rados GW.

We need to update these tests and make them 100% compatible with both APIs so it will be possible to check deployments with Swift and Ceph RadosGW (interoperability testing of different clusters)

Well, Tempest was written to test OpenStack, not Ceph.
