Bug Description
I'm spell checking the README.rst.
There are some spelling mistakes in the README.rst.
Detail is as followed
- Tempest should be self testing.
...
The etc/tempest.
...
However, because large parts of Tempest are self verifying there might be uncaught issues running on Python 3.4
The correct should be
- Tempest should be self-testing.
...
