Bug Description

I'm spell checking the README.rst.
There are some spelling mistakes in the README.rst.

Detail is as followed

 - Tempest should be self testing.
 ...
The etc/tempest.conf.sample attempts to be a self documenting version of the configuration.
 ...
However, because large parts of Tempest are self verifying there might be uncaught issues running on Python 3.4

The correct should be
 - Tempest should be self-testing.
 ...
The etc/tempest.conf.sample attempts to be a self-documenting version of the configuration.
 ...
However, because large parts of Tempest are self-verifying there might be uncaught issues running on Python 3.4
