Bug Description

While writing tempest test case, I encountered the following:

Consider the following scenario:

Suppose a third-party plugin has additinal attributes that can be passed during router-creation and router-update.

Now, the _update_router method in our json network client does not consider these additional parameter.

See the method _update_router in json network client. ( tempest/services/network/json/network_client.py )
