What about ./api/compute/servers/test_server_actions.py: test_reboot_server_hard and ./api/compute/servers/test_server_actions.py: test_reboot_server_soft ?

Btw, I was referring the EC2 API "reboot_instance" in "tempest/thirdparty/boto/test_ec2_instance_run.py" file. Updated the bug description with this information.

    Add "reboot_instance" EC2 API test

    Currently, in "tempest/thirdparty/boto/test_ec2_instance_run.py",
    no test case present to test the "reboot_instance" api, similar
    to stop_instance, terminate_instance, etc.

Sorry for late reply - Ideally this test could have been skipped for now, instead of reverting code changes.
