Bug Description
Most tempest clients do not have a configurable endpoint-type, the only exception being the identity client.
The keystone catalog may return different endpoints, e.g. publicURL or adminURL.
All clients assume that the expected API can be found at the publicURL, which is not necessarily the case.
Every client should have an optional parameter to select the endpoint_type to be used.
Tests could create different managers based on the required endpoint_type.
