example call.py does not handle SIGTERM

Bug Description

The example call.py in the python-telepathy package handles keyboard interrupts, but does not handle SIGTERM properly.
This causes the call not to be properly disconnected and the remote SIP server may think the call still exists for some time.

This is an attempt at a patch for this, but in testing it doesn't seem to do the right thing.
