Happens to me too on Ubuntu Jaunty (RC1), and has been happening ever since I installed empathy (back in gutsy?). Same software versions as the above poster, on 64-bit architecture. Happens on resume from hibernation (and maybe in other situations?).
Anything I should to to help debug?
