cannot write to chat

I use Web Telegram version (but have the same issue with Android app too)

I cannot use some group chat, in which I participated.

I cannot leave this chat

I cannot write to this chat

Method: channels.getParticipants
Result: {"_":"rpc_error","error_code":400,"error_message":"CHANNEL_PRIVATE"}

And I cannot enter this chat again via invitation link

Method: messages.importChatInvite
Result: {"_":"rpc_error","error_code":400,"error_message":"USER_ALREADY_PARTICIPANT"}

I am able to see chat in my list, I am able to read mesages, but I cannot do anything with it
