Unable to send both word and voice message in a daily basis

Bug Description

We are now constantly unable to send messages while receiving messages. We use Telegram as a communication tool with workers and the flow is 20+ msg per minute during peak hour which this problem only occurs during the peak when the message flow is a lot more overwhelming than the off-peak.

In our daily operation, we usually have around 4-6 agents using telegram in desktop version to answer inquiries and we have numerous chat records which contain both present and ex workers. We are not sure if it is related to the overwhelming amount of messages flowing into our accounts as well as a certain amount of replying messages from my side. We also remain skeptical if this problem is related to the various

This is a very frustrating problem as this happens out of nowhere and I am wondering if anyone can site any clue or source of this problem and I truly appreciate the effort of it.
