Death Ban for no reason

Starting from 13:00 PM today after i posted a message i cannot post any messages on all but one of the channels i am in, and it had a window saying: "Error One of the params is missing or invalid" and when i clicked on it, it says:

Method: messages.sendMessage
Result: {"_":"rpc_error","error_code":400,"error_message":"USER_BANNED_IN_CHANNEL"}

I know this is supposed to be the message where i am marked as spam but i was never spamming in anywhere, i just got the message randomly. I interacted with telegram support, @spambot, telegram's email, twitter and reddit to no avail, all seem to fall on deaf ears. Also i can join groups and read the contents of groups, just no messages. Contacted with local admins to unban me to no avail. (He unbanned me but i was still locked from messaging.)

Be noted that there is ONE and only ONE channel where i can talk in normally.

Then interaction resumes tonight for 15 minutes only to get me locked again. I like telegram, i want to use it for communication but this has been just insane and i couldn't use the app anymore.
