Bug Description

I have joined some supergroup for example https://telegram.me/BitSharesDEX. I have sent the message as normal until today when I tried to sent a message it always say error as shown detail in the attached files. Please let me know why i can not send the message anymore. Pls note that I was not banned as the message said
