Bug Description

Telegram on Android and iOS is now capable of voice calls. Such feature would be nice.

I believe Telegram is the second most important app on the Ubuntu Phone after the Phone app. The voice call feature, if implemented, would make that ranking arguable ;-)

Hello All,

we managed to merge at least voice messages (NOT calls!) into our spinoff of the telegram-app, which is discontinued by Canonical. If anyone is interested, telegram-app continues development in the UBports hemisphere.
