Notifications works independent to each other

There are several interfaces with the ability to show unread messages, but they works completely independently to each other.
Mainly I'm thinking about the Telegram scope and the Today scope which can display Tg scope too, the app launcher what is on the left edge of the screen, and the Telegram app itself.
Some example: I read all messages in all conversations, but the app icon still shows the amount of unread messages, like if I weren't read them.
The Telegram scope doesn't really updates itself automatically. If I got a new message, it still shows the previous message, like if I weren't got any new since then.
