Telegram won't show recieved messages offline

Hi,

If I receive a notification, then go to offline and then open Telegram it won't show me the newly received messages but requires network to get them again.

This seems to me as double work (more data to be send via network which is especially bad with limited data plans) and should be unified. Also, it makes it impossible to read the received messages offline, you can only read parts of longer messages in the notification area (and only a fragment of all messages if there were more).
