It must show the initial text for user avatar in profile page

Description:
Telegram has to show the initial text for user avatar if the profile picture does not be set.

Reproduce Steps:
    a) Launch Telegram
    b) Enter the "Settings"
    c) Make sure the user's profile picture does not be set
    c) Check the user's profile picture

Expected Result:
1. It shows an initial of First Name if it is set successfully (Last Name is optional)
2. It shows the initials of First Name and Last Name if they are set successfully

Actual Result:
Telegram shows a hollow man as default avatar
