Bug Description
Hi,
I am running Telegram 2.2.30 on a Meizu pro 5.
When I get messages on telegram they are displayed with a correct date, BUT no time is displayed.
The screen shots on the Uapp Explorer, Telegram site show a time (and date) displayed alongside the message.
I don't see any ability to change what is displayed in the setttings.
