Secret chat messages are not sent to conversation partner

Bug Description
When somebody starts a secret conversation in Telegram and I answer him, my answer message appears on my phone with the sent-tag. However, the message will never get to my conversation partner.
Expected behaviour:
- my messages in secret chats are sent to the other person
- when there is any problem with the delivery of my message, the message status should remain "unsent" with the clock symbol
