Telegram 2.2.24
Reproduce:
-open telegram and click on a contact to enter a chat session
-open browser , click 'share to' and the click telegram
Since you are in a chat window no dialogue or sending of link occurs.
In order to share, you must be outside of the chat session (only contact list) before trying to share a link.
What should happen
-be taken to the telegram main contact list to select person to share with.
