OTA-12 update uninstalled Telegram, also can't install it

I was using Telegram native app since it was released without any problems.
After OTA-12, the Telegram app was missing from my phone (Meizu MX4). Also everytime I try to install it again, I can see it in the app store, press "Install", the bar goes to 100% but then I get a blank screen wthout Telegram being installed.

I have not any issue with Telegram –BQ E4.5, OTA 12

MX4 OTA-12, it's ok, Telegram is not lost. Reset to factory settings after the update is not did.

E5 and M10 are not affected.
As a workaround you can use webtelegram meanwhile

My Telegram on E4.5(OTA-12) is working as expected.

Open a Terminal and run "click list | grep telegram", it should show you the telegram app if installed. Another option is to download the click package to the phone and run "pkcon install-local <package>.click".

On Aquaris E4.5 all ok.
On M10 telegram no longer works after OTA 12.
re-installation didn't fix the problem.
I only can see empty left an right frame - no contents - no function

On bq Aquaris E5 HD all ok. Still installed & working.
But other app is missing (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/akari/+bug/1607465). Maybe it is related.

Well today I found that I miss a lot of apps after OTA-12. like
notes,telegram and 1-2 more.
I think is related to system and not to the certain apps
