Bug Description
Description:
Ubuntu Telegram does not get the notification for incoming sticker.
Reproduce Steps:
a) Use other device to send Telegram messages/
b) Observe the notification of Ubuntu device
Expected Result:
Ubuntu device gets the notifications of these types of data,
and can lead user to the corresponding contact dialog page.
Actual Result:
Ubuntu Telegram can not get the notification from incoming sticker.
