The message bubbles repeat the animation (rebound) in chat window

Description:
Telegram rebounds the message bubbles from bottom again after the message sent.

Reproduce Steps:
    a) Launch Telegram
    b) Enter a chat and send a message (normal/secret)
    c) Observe the last message behavior

Expected Result:
The last message animation just need to put it into correct position once.

Actual Result:
The last message rebound from bottom, the animation repeat again after sent.

Occurrence:
10/10 (100%) for chat;
5/10 (50%) for secret chat.
