Bug Description
Hi -
I have IOS 9.3.2 and Telegram 3.10. As of June 14th, I am unable to upload any videos.
Things I have done to get it work
1. Delete the app and reinstall it. Did not work
2. Make 3 seconds and 2 mins videos. Upload failed on both. Did not work
3. Reported it to Telegram
Please advise
