The information text of group and secret chat could be used to reply or forward

Description:
Telegram shows an information text when group/secret chat creating/adding/removing/...,
and the text there could be used to reply or forward.

Reproduce Steps:
    a) Launch Telegram
    b) Start a secret chat or create a group
    c) Try to slide the information text after secret chat/group created
    d) Observe the slide operations

Expected Result:
The information text could not be operated from user.

Actual Result:
The information text could be operated as reply or forward.

Occurrence:
10/10 (100%)
