Telegram v2.2.16.0 gets stuck in verification code step

Bug Description
The code is sent to another Telegram devices synced if existing and via SMS if they don't, but it is not working in any case. The time goes down to 0 and then I can re-send another code but it goes into a loop. The call option doesn't even seems to do nothing.
