can't receive notifications

after using a private chat, notifications doesn't arrive to me. It seems easy: that switch is off, but when I tap it an alert saying if I want to receive notifications when the app is closed, I have to log into my Ubuntu One account. there are 3 buttons: "login into Ubuntu One", "ask me later" and "No notifications". I can chose whatever button: the notification switch goes on, but when I exit the settings page and I reopen, the switch is off. I can see also my last access is half an hour ago: it isn't possible, but I sent a message in a chat and now I see "online"

It happened to me too. But I just went to system configuration and relogged in Ubuntu One. That solved mine.

Now it's also solved on my phone and I also receive notifications with
sound (I read somewhere and I understand that with some ringtones you can
listen to them and with someother you can't)
