Telegram is prevented from starting by AppArmor after updating to OTA-10.1

The following error message is logged in /var/log/syslog when Telegram is started

Environment
BQ Aquarius E5 HD
Ubuntu 15.04 (OTA-10.1)
Telegram 2.0.10.1

Telegram does not start since AppArmor blocks it from starting.
Just before updating to OTA-10.1, the same Telegram version was working fine in OTA 8.5
I uninstalled and reinstalled Telegram. Telegram did not start and I got the and got the same error.

I will give a shot at configuring the AppArmor profile for Telegram to see if it gets resolved.
