Downloaded files are hard to find

The Telegram app puts a downloaded file in ~/.cache/com.ubuntu.telegram/<phonenumber>/downloads/<sendinguserid>. This is very difficult to find; in particular, I do not know the sending user ID of a user, and so finding that file is extremely hard to do. I have to resort to "find ~/.cache/com.ubuntu.telegram -name '*.click'" or similar to find the file I've just downloaded. If it's important that downloaded files are sorted into a per-sending-user folder for internal reasons, perhaps a "~/.cache/com.ubuntu.telegram/All Downloads" could also exist and be populated with symlinks or similar, so that it's at least possible to find such files.
