Description:
Telegram has the blank on connecting to a captive portal.
Reproduce Steps:
a) Try to connect to a captive WiFi hotspot (ex: Hotel's)
b) Launch Telegram app.
c) Observe main view of Telegram app.
Expected Result:
Telegram shows cached dialog lists even disconnected.
Actual Result:
Telegram shows a blank.
Occurrence:
10/10 (100%)
