Bug Description

Action Taken:
1. Launch Telegram app on Nexus 7 tablet, noting orientation of Telegram relative to front-facing camera
2. Rotate tablet 90 degrees, clockwise.
3. Observe orientation of Telegram screen
4. Repeat #2 until tablet is back to original orientation.

Observed Result:
a. With front facing camera on 'west' (left) side of tablet (tablet in landscape mode), top of Telegram screen appears on left edge. Telegram is sideways, and in portrait mode.
b. With front facing camera on 'north' (top) side of tablet (portrait mode), top of Telegram screen appears at top of tablet. Telegram is oriented correctly.
c. With front facing camera on 'east' (right) side of tablet (landscape mode), top of Telegram screen appears on right edge. Telegram is oriented sideways, and in portrait mode.
d. With front facing camera on 'south' (bottom) side of tablet (portrait mode), top of Telegram screen appears at bottom of tablet. Telegram is oriented upside down.

Expected Result:
Telegram screen interface should re-orient to the top of the tablet as tablet is rotated, and should appear in the correct mode (portrait or landscape)
In landscape mode, Telegram should appear in sidestage by default.
