Bug Description

When there is an unreliable data-connection, one is able to send a message, but it will never get delivered. The message is stuck at the clock symbol, but won't be send if the data-connection is good again. A restart of the app let's these message dissappear.

I would really like to use the telegram app, since I don't like WA, but the ubuntu version is still so unreliable, that its not possible to trust the app that messages will actually be delivered or received.

This is true. If you put the app in background immediately after sending a message, the app is stopped and it may happen it won't lave your phone. However, it should save it and send it the next time it's started.
