Non-sent messages lost after restarting

Using ota8 on bq devices
- start telegram being online but with a non working connection (in this case the data plan of the SIM used for testing is empty, but it's likely the same if you are behind a firewall or similar)
- try to write to a contact

- > the message get the icon indicating it's not sent yet

- close telegram and start it again

-> the messages you had written are lost :-(

There are no timestamps in the log so I'm unsure if the error log is in there or if the log was rotated, I can get more info if needed

This is true and should be fixed. v2 uses a new back-end, that doesn't persist not sent messages.
