Bug Description
A's phone is Ubuntu phone 15.04 (r23) [mako]
Bug: B sends telegrams to A and A has absolutely no notification of these messages.
Conditions: (1) A opens Telegram and successfully connects; (1a) A does not select any particular conversation, or (1b) A selects conversation with B or with C; A does not switch focus to any other scope or app; A allows phone screen to lock and appear black (Telegram app is not visible to A); B sends A telegrams
Expected behavior: As Telegram app is not visible to A, the only "notification events" that A can perceive as a signal that B has sent a new telegram are audio or vibration "notification events".* Thus, A expects audio and vibration "notification events".
Actual behavior: A receives no notification of new Telegrams from B--although I suppose it is possible that a visual "notification event" occurs in the Telegram app behind the black locked screen that I am unable to perceive. Hours later, A unlocks phone and sees in Telegram app that B sent telegrams hours earlier.
*FEATURE: To be honest, even if Telegram app (or even conversation with B) is visible on screen, I still want audio and vibration "notification events" because a visible app is not necessarily a watched app. This desired behavior is Messages app behavior: even with conversation with B open, I receive audio, vibration, visual new message, and visual bubble "notification events" when B sends new message.
