Bug Description
Hi!
Since last system update the telegram app starts and immediately loads into a blank screen. Then nothing happens any more. Notifications still seem to work... My Device (Nexus4) runs with Ubuntu 15.04(r195) - Telegram Version is 1.3.14.105

Please update to 1.3.20.114 from the store, the removal of thumbnailer C++ API has broken telegram, we have addressed the issue already.
