Doesn't open on RC-Proposed

Bug Description

I "upgraded" to Rc-proposed in BQ E4.5 and now my Telegram apps doesn't open, just a blank screen.

Expected result:

Click on app and open to insert number/ver code.

Actual Result:
Just a blank screen

I've tried to reinstall, remove old data, wipe, etc. Doesn't fix the problem.

Hi,
It happens the same for me. I have a Meizu MX4 Ubuntu Edition, and I'm in rc-proposed channel. In this moment the version of OS is r62.
