Bug Description
Not sure if this is because of security implications and how the Content Hub is used, but I would expect pictures taken from Telegram to appear in the Gallery app and the Camera app's photo roll

Sorry, I wasn't clear. By "pictures taken from Telegram" I meant tapping on the attachment icon on the messaging entry at the bottom of a conversation, and choosing the Picture option that uses ContentHub to launch the Camera app.
I've just double-checked, and the picture does not show up in Gallery or in the Camera's photo roll.

Thanks David. Kaleo says this behavior is by design, pictures taken for an application requesting it are only shared with that application, not (also) with the Gallery.

What do you mean by "pictures taken from Telegram"?
Received pictures:
- application confinement. you can export them on one by one basis only (at least currently)
Pictures via send picture -> Camera - should show in Gallery, as they're shared with Telegram via content hub.
