Bug Description
Using telegram 1.1.0.92
Instead of just showing the thumbnail and allow you to choose whether to download the file or not, the pictures are being downloaded automatically (at least on wifi).
Documents and videos wait for you request the download.

That's the expected behaviour. In future there will be a settings option to set the desired way of managing downloading. Meanwhile, photos into messages (not the ones for users or chat profiles) are downloaded automatically but not videos which are done on demand.
