New incoming messages, but no dialog when opened from push notification

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Received a push notification from somebody whose phone number is unknown for me (he has contacted me, probably, by searching my username)
- Click on push notification
- App starts up
Expected:
- Application shows a new dialog to that unknown fellow with the received message
Result:
- Application shows an empty dialog with "Telegram" in the header title.
- When pressed back to dialogs list, there isn't a new dialog
- When checked database, there isn't any new entry
- In webogram i can see that new conversation
NOTE: This is not happening always, only sometimes. Could be some sort of race condition?

I gather we'll need steps to actually reproduce the issue, can't chase an intermittent problem.
