Bug Description
using telegram 1.0.14.91, I was having a creepy data connection, so a picture being sent to me was taking a lot. The preview appeared soon, but the file was taking some time to download. I clicked on the thumbnail and it showed the picture half downloaded, went back to the conversation and the downloaded seemed stale: no progress bar. I thought that it had finished, then, and clicked on the thumbnail again, only to find half the picture again. I did this a couple of times back and forth, and eventually could see the whole picture downloaded, but telegrm either doesn't show the downloaded still happening *or* it's not reading the (now) finished downloading picture in time to show it.
