Bug Description
A very useful feature of the Android app is the saving of drafts.
You start to write a message, then close the conversation, then reopen it, and the message is still there.
You can have a draft for each conversation.
A common use case: I receive a message about a party by karni, I start to write to gcollura to inform him about the party, but I forgot the hour. So I close the conversation with gcollura and reopen the conversation with karni to check the hour.
I return to the conversation with gcollura and I expect to have the message I already wrote, so I have only to add the hour.
Instead, I have to rewrite all the message

I agree totally as when you loose internet connection, any sent but undelivered messages are stored in the chat buynever sent. Even when the internet connection is gained again. This is really anoying.
Also Telegram should have the ability to allw people to continue writing a message even when connection is lost.
This really should not be classed as a low priority to be putin the backlog ofthings that may never get done. This is basic functionality that people using whatsapp will already have and expect. It is a mistake to have this as low.
