Bug Description

The telegram scope says I don't have an account configured, but I do. From the log:

scope-registry.log:opening file failed "/home/phablet/.config/com.ubuntu.telegram/+1(XXX)XXX-XXXX/auth"
scope-registry.log:no phone number found in path "/home/phablet/.cache/com.ubuntu.telegram/+1(XXX)XXX-XXX"

That directory in fact does not exist, but I do have:
/home/phablet/.config/com.ubuntu.telegram/+1XXXXXXXXXX

Just a matter of the phone number formatting
