Bug Description
If I open contacts app, choose a contact and tap on Share, a dialog shows up and only Messaging app is available.
Telegram should be there too.
If the exported contact is registered in telegram, Telegram must open the DialogPage related to that contact, otherwise the user should be prompted if he wants to invite that contact in Telegram.
