"Add to contacts" should say "Share my contact info" when phone number not known

Bug Description
If I message someone from a group chat, that I don't have in my contacts, the top pane should say (and appropriately function!) "Share my contact info" instead of "Add to contacts" - you can't add to contacts until that person messages you back and you know their phone number.
