Thin Client Manager Viewer, Control, Screen Blank/Unblank do not work out of the box

Bug Description
After a default installation of Edubuntu Feisty Thin Client Manager Viewer, Control, Screen Blank/Unblank do not work. When viewer is selected all logged in clients show (install x11vnc on client) under the username. An administrator is unable to view or gain control of a clients session. Thumbnails also do not appear under the screen view module as a result. Screen Blank/Un-Blank also do not work by default. When a user is selected and either of these options is selected nothing happens, and on error is produced.
I have notified Pete Savage of this in the past, so he is aware of the problem. But it has recently been brought to my attention that there was never an official bug filed on these problems.
I have seen reports that some users have been able to get these features working, however I have followed all directions I can find on the net and am still unable to get anything other than different errors.
As a workaround I have been using Robert Arkiletians TeacherTool.
As the application doesn't crash, I am not sure how to file a bug with proper system information. Please let me know if any other information is needed.
