Bug Description
I believe Files (and other apps like File Roller) do this. If the estimated time to complete a transfer is longer than, say five seconds, show a progress bar with details somewhere.
Most apps (like Files) do this in a dialog, though something in the headerbar (like Noise's file import) could be interesting.
