Bug Description
The balance between allocated appointments vs. realized appointments may be skewed for assistants. For example, the following may occur:
Assistant 1: 10 / 10
Assistant 2: 2 / 20
So, assistant 1 got more appointments even though he has allocated less hours compared to assistant 2. It would be perhaps useful to illustrate these either textually or graphically in the system (per round, per whole course).
