Errors in the pre-commit hook should be logged

I'm seeing the following errors in the pre-commit hook:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/home/pqm/bin/dchroot-run", line 13, in <module>
    from dchroot_run import main
ImportError: No module named dchroot_run

Unfortunately the only way I can actually see those errors is to look at the merge proposal. Looking at the tarmac logfile just shows:
