Bug Description
Hi.
It seems that tarmac is not considering any tags that are present in the merged branches and subsequently does not publish such tags to trunk.
Pseudo code:
$ bzr branch lp:example release
$ cd release
$ bzr tag relase-1
# increment version
$ bzr commit -m "Open new version for development"
$ bzr push lp:~hacker/example/release
# use tarmac to merge lp:~hacker/example/release to lp:example
# observe lack of release-1 tag in trunk
