Bug Description

To reproduce

 - open net with templates (Alternating bit protocol components)
 - Ctrl + A to select all
 - change template
 - Ctrl + A to select all

Now the select all action is not run. Seems hotkey is not registered. Using the menu select all still works.

If you change the hotkey to shift+A it works. So functionality seems to work correctly. It just does not register the ctrl press after switching template.

Ctrl press is still detected for other functionalities; ctrl+Z, ctrl+Y, ctrl+W, ctrl+J etc. etc.

The problem is that it is impossible to regain focus to the drawing surface. E.g. if you open alternate-bit-protocol-components and select the shared place mediumA and press ctrl+A it will correctly select all shared places and transitions. However, it is not possible to regain the focus to the drawing surface hence ctrl+A not selecting all petri net objects.
